ABOUT US

Knowledge saves lives

TBT First Aid is an established provider of First Aid in Lincolnshire and the surrounding counties.

The benefit of training with TBT First Aid is that you are being taught by a qualified nurse with 19 years experience working in A&E. So you can rest assured the information you are being taught is current and correct.

Our courses are extremely practical with a 'hands-on' approach to teaching. Groups are kept small to give you individual attention and help improve your confidence, so you know how to respond in an emergency. With many manikins and equipment, we can enable you to get the most time practicing and not waste any time waiting around!

Accommodation can be provided but for your ease, we can come to you.

We are acknowledged by the Highfield Awarding body for Compliance (HABC) as a standard setter for First Aid at Work. Our courses meet and exceed the criteria set, including the trainers qualifications, mode of assessment and certification.

Choosing the correct course can be difficult so we offer an element of tailoring towards each day. We will listen to your work or home concerns and ensure that all the areas you wish us to cover are included in the course. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact

998 Nursing Teaching & Assessing

"I am a qualified nurse of 31 years and have worked in most areas within the hospital. I have been teaching First Aid in the community for many years now. I started off by teaching within the hospital setting and found I enjoyed this so much I decided to extend my teaching to the community. As a nurse I have to keep my skills and knowledge up to date which is a big advantage when you teach First Aid.

I enjoy all aspects of my job, have a good sense of humour and enjoy meeting the public. I run all of my courses with a professional manor but keep them fun and light hearted. Whether you refresh old information or learn new, I hope you enjoy the courses and leave feeling happy and more confident. Remember, knowledge saves lives."

HAPPY CLIENTS

“I thought the day was very good. Well delivered and presented. Tracy kept it informative and fun, interacting well with everybody.

It was nice to have things explained by someone who obviously has so much direct experience of what was being taught.”

"I thought the course was very good.  It was nice being trained by someone who has had first-hand experience in various situations and could pass this information over to us in a way that we were able to understand.

I found Tracy a very easy person to listen to, and that she made the training fun was a bonus.  All in all a very enjoyable, and understandable training day."

I enjoyed the first aid course, Tracy was very good at getting her points across in a way that it was easy to pick up. There was a lot of good and amusing banter between us and her too which made us feel comfortable too.
